I haven't written in a while and I apologize.

How are you ?

What's been going on?

How's your faith?

How's your family?

How are your hopes and aspirations?

Are you happy ?

What's wrong ?

We've all been down at some point, and I never thought I'd say this (seeing as I hate to talk about my feelings) but it helps to talk. no matter how irrelevant you feel your problems are, or how silly they may sound...its fine ...just talk about it. Even if you've got a story that you'd like to share with others...please don't hesitate.
