All about Selah - Short intro

For the past 2 months, I've regularly sat and pondered on what the next blog post would entail
For some reason (now known) I felt constant discouragement to write. So in the hopes to start afresh I have decided to ponder and share my aims concerning this blog, in the hopes that its readers also, can contribute to the development and fulfilment of its aims.

• The purpose of Selah, first and foremost is to bring Glory to God through this God given ability to write and think deeply about my daily experiences, struggles and ideas

• A strong desire of Selah is to restore Joy and Hope to those that have been wrongly accused and victimized by the "small voice at the back of their minds"

• Selah strives to remind as many souls that read it, of the immense love that God has for ALL man kind. To remind them that NO THING and NOTHING can separate them from the love of God through Christ Jesus. Reminding ALL that as long as you are still breathing it is NEVER too late to run into His embrace.

• Together (Selah + reader) we hope to create a platform that invites the broken, hurting, beaten individuals into the arms of Our father. To help to edify and encourage one another by sharing life experiences, thoughts and LOVE.

• Selah aspires to discuss topics of interest among the Generation of Today.

                                                           and

•  Ultimately, Selah plans to do all this AND more through the inspiration of the HOLY SPIRIT !!!

In doing so there are/will be times (believe me ) when I also feel discouraged and "down" . There are times when I feel like I too have fallen short of the Glory of God. There are STILL times when I cry myself to sleep YET I am convinced that its all a part of my growing and pruning. There is a ministry in my misery and I have been called to assist others through the struggles that I have now learnt to endure.

So Please excuse the times when I may sound a little repetitive or the times when I'm  M.I.A.
Trust that I am waiting on Him to inspire my next move and teach me new life lessons.
Trust that I desire to write as His Holy Spirit Leads
Trust that the Words are sincere and genuine (I didn't get this off a promotional advertisement lol)
Trust that I value your opinions and thoughts just a much as you value mine (that is, if you do).

Lastly, It would be an awesome(x50) experience to have the involvement of as many individuals (that read Selah ) assisting in the building and encouragement of lives around them.
