Day 12: There is no fear in love

Today's Verse is 

The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
- Jeremiah 31:3 KJV


Here's a very Perfect explanation from a very dear Mentor of mine (I must say, is The Best Mentor)

There is no fear in love 

The Lord hath appeared to me (coming close, not from a distance) saying, perhaps even whispering; "Yes (have no doubts), I have loved you with a Never Ending Love: and with My Kind Affections I have wooed you."

Almighty God loves you..and proved it by giving up the most precious thing He had for you. He sincerely believes you are worth it..even though you may disagree with Him about that. Yes (have no doubts), The LORD loves you, and not simply out of pity. While you’re going, “But God, you don’t understand,..!”, He smiles. In Our Father’s Mind, you are worthy enough a prize to sacrifice Jesus. The really funny thing is, He knows we don’t fully get that.

If it is true, that this type of Love is eternal, and its affections are endless; then we are free from fear. If this Love-Thing from God to us is real and unchanging, then we are loosed from all the torments of insecurities, and sins, and flaws. We are unhindered to embrace the kindnesses that pull us to The One drawing..and in that intimacy, there is a different kind of life but that is another day’s talk.
