Day 18: Deep clean your thoughts !!

Today's Verse is 

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." Phillipians 4 v8 


There is a popular quote that says " what consumes your mind controls your life" 
If it were true then the Bible has been on point since the very beginning 
In today's verse it illustrates the ideal thoughts (appropriate for a christ- like individual) 

In Today's world we allow our minds to ponder on issues that are out of our control. we spend hours replaying the events of our lives in regret. Most individuals get so lost in thoughts of gloom that they become convinced to end their stories here on earth. They convince themselves that they are worthless, hopeless, ugly, failures etc  
The truth is that the longer you spend pondering/ worrying about issues the heavier they they feel and the greater they seem.

The bible encourages us to think POSITIVE (I'm sure you've heard that before). Positive thinking rocks !!! The wise book of Proverbs explains that, as a man thinketh in his heart so also is he. 


Hint : You are who you THINK you are 
It's all a matter of perspective 
Let your perspective be positive, Life is so much easier to live when you do 


Greg Laurie once said 

"let heaven fill your thoughts instead, Because when you do everything on earth gets placed in its proper perspective"
