Day 14: It is FINISHED
Hey Reader
It's Day 14 #MySelah #Semicolon
Incase you're new, click on the link to find out what I'm referring to
I'm so late but I hope you can forgive me !! (please)
Today's Verse is

When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.- John 19:30
I like to think that that line
"it is finished" refers to the end of our struggle to build a lasting relationship with God
Perhaps it's directed at all our failures, mockery, pain and sorrow
wait ....
I'm convinced that it refers to the end of satan holding the key of life and death
The end of satan's victory over your life and,
The end of satan's reign over our minds, body, soul and spirit
We have two choices
One, to believe that Christ paid the price of that guilt and shame so now you no longer have to bear it. He paid the price and He paid in FULL (He doesn't do instalment deals)
Two, Don't accept it, Don't believe it.
The Choice is yours
I can assure you that the latter is an unproductive way of life, no meaning, no Joy and no fruitfulness.
Similarly I can promise you that your life with Jesus will be vibrant
He is the prince of peace that calms raging seas and storms of life
The Bright and Morning star (hence the vibrancy He'll retire to your life)
He is the way, the truth and the life (POINT. BLANK.PERIOD)
Make a decision to allow Jesus in and call a deadline on your past misery
Eliminated the debt of sin
The burden of depression and anxiety and
Let the burden bearer take over
Love,
Selah x
